So excited to announce that two of our beautiful ballerinas were chosen as candidates in the 2023 Prix De Lausanne. Out of the 7 girls invited from the United States, 2 of those are from Elite Classical Coaching (@eliteclassicalcoaching)!
We are so blessed and honored to be given this opportunity and can't wait to represent the USA in this competition! 15 year old Bella Meier (@bellammeier) and 15 year old Anya Donaghy (@anya.donaghy) will compete as the youngest candidates in the competition in Switzerland in February 2023 among some of the best young dancers in the world!
We are so grateful and proud of them and can't wait to support them and cheer them on during this incredible experience!The last time we participated was in 2020 when ECC student Ava Arbuckle (@ava_arbuckle) attended and won the second prize and moved to Germany to attend the John Cranko Schule where she is now a corps member with The Stuttgart Ballet just 2 vears later!

"There were 429 applicants (335 girls and 94 boys) from 39 countries who sent their videos. A total of 76 dancers have been selected via this process while 11 candidates had already been preselected*. In total, 87 dancers (46 girls and 41 boys) from 18 countries were selected to take part in the Prix de Lausanne 2023
